Our Transition Groups

At MOSHC we prioritize the significance of successful transitions in a child's life. That's why we have developed dedicated transition programs for our Preps, who are about to embark on their school journey, as well as our Seniors, who are transitioning to high school. These specialized programs are designed to provide the necessary support and guidance to children during these critical milestones, ensuring a smooth and confident transition. By offering tailored activities, workshops, and personalized attention, we empower children with the skills, knowledge, and emotional resilience they need to thrive during these pivotal moments in their educational journey. At MOSHC, we are committed to fostering a nurturing environment that supports children in reaching their full potential.
